Due to the nature of the items being hand made using only natural materials, some of it might slightly differ in colour, size or shape. 

Remember, our products are not factory-made, therefore every item is unique!

However, if you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Returns

If you received an incorrect or a faulty product or want to exchange it, please contact us within 48hrs after receipt of the item, and we will make an arrangement to replace it.

Please follow the return policy below:

• You have to return an item within fourteen (14) days from the date you received it.
  
• If you wish to return/replace the item please fill this application within 7 days from product receipt.
• To be entitled to a return/refund, the item must be unused and be in the same condition it was received.
• It must be in the original packaging.
• It needs to include the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

Once we receive your item, we will check it and notify you further. We will inform you of the status of the refund after inspecting the returned item.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit/debit card, PayPal or original method of payment.

You should receive the refund within 3-15 working days, depending on your bank or card issuer’s/payment processing policies.

Shipping

You are responsible for paying any shipping costs while returning your item. Shipping costs are non­refundable.
