How to Use Your Copper Bottle
Fill the bottle with fresh drinking water and leave it for approximately 6–8 hours or overnight. Traditionally, this water is known as Tamra Jal in Ayurveda.
For best results:
- Use only for drinking water.
- Do not store acidic beverages such as lemon water, fruit juice, tea, coffee or carbonated drinks.
- Do not use for milk or dairy products.
Why Copper?
Copper is an essential trace mineral naturally required by the body. According to the European Food Safety Authority (EFSA), copper contributes to:

- Maintenance of normal connective tissues

Cleaning & Care
- Add fresh lemon juice and a teaspoon of salt to the bottle.
- Fill halfway with warm water.
- Shake and leave for 10–15 minutes.
- Shake gently once again
- Rinse thoroughly with clean water.
- Clean approximately once every 2 weeks with regular use.
- Do not scrub with abrasive materials.
- Do not use chemical cleaners, soap or cleaning powders.
- Do not place in a dishwasher.
- Do not freeze.
- Use only for storing drinking water.
